Orange County California: Injury prevention keeps you from having to go to a Lawyer. A manufacturer recently recalled tires manufactured in china, as reported by the Associated Press. If you have these tires, immediately seek to have them replaced and new tires put on your car. These tires have been reported to separate at the tread and can cause roll over and other serious auto accidents.

The model tire is for utility vehicles purchased in early 2004 through 2006.

The recall was ordered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in June and may involve up to 450,000 tires that it bought from Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.
The recall of YKS, Compass and Westlake tires involved these sizes and models according to the National Highway Safety Administration:

Size LT235/75R-15, models CR861 and CR857, with a DOT number beginning 7DT5FTS.
Size LT235/85R-16, models CR860, CR861 and CR857, with a DOT number beginning 7DT2FTS.
Size LT245/75R-16, models CR860, CR861 and CR857, with a DOT number beginning 7DT3FTS.
Size LT265/75R-16, models CR860, CR861 and CR857, with a DOT number beginning 7DT4FTS.
Size LT31X10.5 R-15, models CR857 and CR861, with a DOT number beginning 7DT6FTS.
