At about 3 a.m. on Saturday, June 23rd, a rollover accident in the community of Nuevo injured four people. The single-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Orange Avenue and Dunlap Drive. Emergency responders had to cut one of the occupants free from the wreckage. Paramedics transported them to the hospital to receive medical attention for moderate trauma.
“Passengers who suffer injuries in a collision may hold the at-fault driver liable for the expense of their recovery,” explained California car accident lawyer James Ballidis.
Traffic accidents claimed the lives of 52 passengers and injured another 3,620 in Riverside County in 2009, according to the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System. The California Office of Traffic Safety ranked Riverside 34th out of 58 counties for its incidence of fatal and injury collisions in a rating system in which 1st place is considered the worst.
All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the four people who were injured in the crash this morning.
