Corona: One Injured in Multiple-Vehicle Crash on 91 Freeway

By

At about 7 a.m. on Tuesday, July 3rd, one person was injured in a multiple-vehicle crash on the 91 Freeway in Corona. The collision, which involved four to five vehicles, occurred in the carpool lane near Serfas Club Road. Paramedics transported one person to the hospital. Authorities are investigating the accident.

“When motorists are injured in a collision, the at-fault driver may be held liable for the cost of their recovery,” explained California personal injury lawyer James Ballidis.

The California Office of Traffic Safety reports that there were a total of 396 fatal and injury collisions in Corona in 2010. The OTS ranked Corona 48th out of 53 cities with similar populations for traffic safety that year; 1st place is the worst a city may receive.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the person who was injured on the 91 Freeway this morning.

The Press-Enterprise originally reported this multiple-vehicle Corona crash.

Additional information on the injury claims process is available to the public free of charge.
