North Hills: Four Injured in Three-Vehicle Collision

By

Shortly before 7 a.m. on Tuesday, July 3rd, four people were injured in a three-vehicle collision in North Hills. The crash occurred in the 16700 block of Lassen Street. Emergency responders had to free two people from the wreckage. Paramedics transported the four injured people, two of them in critical condition, to the hospital. Authorities are investigating the crash.

“When vehicle occupants are injured in an accident, the negligent driver may be held liable for the cost of their recovery,” explained California personal injury lawyer James Ballidis.

Throughout Los Angeles County, 72,010 people were killed or injured in traffic collisions in 2010, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety. The agency ranked Los Angeles 15th out of 58 counties for its traffic safety record in a rating system in which 1st place is considered the worst.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the four people who were injured in the three-vehicle collision.

The Los Angeles Times originally reported this North Hills crash.
