San Jacinto: Car Crash Injured Two

By

Shortly before 7 p.m. on Friday, July 13th, a car crash near San Jacinto injured two people. The accident occurred on Soboba Road east of State Street and involved one vehicle, which rolled over. After the two occupants were extricated from the wreckage, they were transported to hospitals, one by helicopter and one by ambulance, to receive treatment for injuries ranging from moderate to serious. Authorities are investigating the crash.

“When a passenger is hurt in a collision, the negligent driver may be held liable for the expense of his or her recovery,” explained California personal injury lawyer James Ballidis, “such as for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.”

Traffic accidents claimed the lives of or caused injury to 11,417 people in Riverside County in 2010, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety. That year, Riverside ranked 46th out of 58 counties in the state for its incidence of fatal and injury collisions. The OTS ranks counties with the poorest safety records the highest, with 1st place being the worst.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the two people who were injured in the car crash in San Jacinto.

The Press-Enterprise originally reported this collision.
