Mission Hills: Six Injured in Multiple-Vehicle Accident Involving Entrapment

By

At about noon on Tuesday, September 18, six people were injured in a multiple-vehicle accident involving entrapment in Mission Hills. The crash occurred in the 10700 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard. Emergency responders extricated three people from the wreckage. Authorities are investigating the collision.

“When vehicle occupants are seriously hurt in an accident, the at-fault driver may be held liable for the expense of their recovery,” explained California car accident attorney James Ballidis, “including for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.”

Throughout Los Angeles County, traffic accidents claimed the lives of 346 motor vehicle occupants and injured another 62,881 in 2010, according to the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System. The California Office of Traffic Safety ranks counties for safety based on their incidence of fatal and injury crashes, giving those with the poorest records the highest rankings, with 1st place being the worst. That year, Los Angeles ranked 15th out of 58 counties.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the six people who were injured in the multiple-vehicle accident in North Hills today.
