Moreno Valley: One Injured in Three-Car Crash

By

At about 11:22 a.m. on Sunday, November 25, one person was injured in a three-car crash in Moreno Valley. The collision occurred at Ironwood Avenue and Graham Street near Honey Hollow Elementary School. Emergency responders extricated the person from the wreckage, transporting the victim to an area hospital to receive treatment for moderate trauma. Authorities are investigating the accident.

“When a motorist is injured in a crash, he or she may pursue a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver in order to receive compensation for injury-related expenses,” explained California car accident lawyer James Ballidis.

Moreno Valley accounted for 8 of the 164 fatalities and 866 of the 10,594 injuries suffered by motor vehicle occupants in crashes that occurred in Riverside County in 2010, according to the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System. Moreno Valley ranked 26th out of 53 cities with similarly sized populations in a California Office of Traffic Safety rating system in which 1st place is considered the worst.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the person who was injured in the three-car crash.
