Sky Valley: Two Seriously Injured in Crash

By

At about 9:49 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, two people were seriously injured in a crash involving two vehicles in Sky Valley. The collision occurred at Dillon and Thousand Palms Canyon roads. Emergency responders had to extricate both motorists from their vehicles. They were flown to an area hospital to receive treatment for major trauma. Authorities are investigating the accident.

“California law ensures recourse for those who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions,” explained California car accident lawyer James Ballidis. “Accident victims may pursue compensation for the expense of their recoveries from the negligent party through the injury claims process.”

Throughout Riverside County, traffic accidents claimed the lives of or caused injury to 11,417 people in 2010, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety’s most current statistics. The OTS ranked Riverside 46th out of 58 counties for its incidence of fatal and injury collisions that year; 1st place is the worst possible ranking.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the two people who were seriously injured in the crash.
