Santa Fe Springs: Car Crashed into Carl’s Jr., Injuring Customers

By

On the night of Wednesday, February 27, a car crashed into a Carl’s Jr. restaurant, injuring several customers. A three-vehicle collision at the intersection of Telegraph Road and Painter Avenue sent a Chevy Camaro through the window of the restaurant, the flying shards of glass hurting customers. Authorities are investigating the accident.

“After a crash, those who were injured may hold the at-fault driver liable for the expenses associated with their recoveries,” explained California car accident lawyer James Ballidis.

Santa Fe Springs accounted for 3 of the 346 fatalities and 425 of the 62,881 injuries suffered by motor vehicle occupants in collisions that occurred in Los Angeles County in 2010, according to the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System. The California Office of Traffic Safety ranked Los Angeles 15th out of 58 counties for its incidence of crashes resulting in injury or death; 1st place is the worst possible ranking.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to those who were injured when the car crashed into the Carl’s Jr.
