“California law ensures recourse through the civil justice system for those who have been injured or lost loved ones in a motor vehicle collision,” explained a car accident attorney in the state.

Throughout San Bernardino County, 11,866 people lost their lives or were injured in traffic accidents in 2010, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety. San Bernardino ranked 36th out of 58 counties for its incidence of fatal and injury crashes; 1st place is the worst possible ranking.
