Beaumont: Three People Suffered Trauma in Crash

Shortly before 6 p.m. on Friday, February 1, three people suffered moderate trauma in a crash in Beaumont. The multiple-vehicle collision occurred at the interchange of Highway 60 and Interstate 10. Emergency responders had to extricate some of the occupants from the wreckage. Authorities are investigating the accident.

“When vehicle occupants are hurt in a crash, they may file personal injury claims against the negligent driver in order to obtain compensation for the expenses associated with their recoveries,” explained California car accident attorney James Ballidis.

Beaumont accounted for 1 of the 164 fatalities and 172 of the 10,594 injuries suffered by motor vehicle occupants in crashes that occurred in Riverside County in 2010, according to the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System. The California Office of Traffic Safety ranked Beaumont 86th out of 93 cities for the number of collisions resulting in injury or death that occurred there that year; 1st place is the worst possible ranking.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the three people who suffered trauma in the crash.
