Mission Hills: Three Injured in Multiple-Vehicle Crash

At about 11:41 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, three people were injured in a multiple-vehicle crash in Mission Hills. The accident occurred on the westbound 118 Freeway, just east of the 405 Freeway. Emergency responders transported the victims to an area hospital, their injuries ranging from minor to major. Authorities are investigating the collision.

“When a crash results in injuries, the victims may pursue personal injury claims against the negligent driver in order to obtain compensation for the expense of their recoveries,” explained California car accident lawyer James Ballidis.

Traffic collisions claimed the lives of or caused injury to 72,010 people in Los Angeles County in 2010, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety’s most current data. Los Angeles ranked 15th out of 58 counties for its incidence of fatal and injury crashes in a rating system in which 1st place is considered the worst.

All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the three people who were injured in the multiple-vehicle crash.
