At about 1:31 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, four people were injured in a head-on collision near Temecula. The crash, which involved two vehicles, occurred along Rancho California Road near Monte De Oro Road. Firefighters freed two victims from the wreckage. Two of the victims sustained major trauma. The accident is under investigation.
“After a crash resulting in injury, the victims may file personal injury claims in order to hold the at-fault party responsible for recovery-related expenses,” explained California car accident lawyer James Ballidis.
Traffic accidents claimed the lives of or caused injury to 306 people in Temecula in 2010, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety. The OTS ranked Temecula 43rd out of 53 cities with similarly sized populations for its incidence of fatal and injury collisions; 1st place is the worst possible ranking.
All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the four people who were injured in the head-on collision.
