At about 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, two people were injured in a rollover accident in Wildomar. While traveling southbound on Interstate 15, a van veered from the freeway near Clinton Keith Road, crashed into a raised embankment on the shoulder, and overturned. One occupant was thrown from the vehicle and suffered major trauma. Another occupant sustained moderate injuries. Authorities are investigating the accident.
“When a motorist’s negligence causes a traffic accident that harms others, the victims may seek compensation from the motorist through the personal injury claims process,” explained California car accident lawyer James Ballidis.
Wildomar accounted for none of the 164 fatalities and 77 of the 10,594 injuries suffered by motor vehicle occupants in traffic accidents that occurred in Riverside County in 2010, according to the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System. The OTS ranked Riverside 46th out of 58 counties for traffic safety in 2010; 1st place is the worst possible ranking.
All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the two people who were injured in the rollover accident.
